As a Investor Relations User, I would like to have the ability to insert Today's Date into all communications.

Currently the tag {!Today} does not work in the merg utility.

I also noticed Recipient nor User works, this may be as intended.

Steps to Reproduce.

Insert a field from User or Sending User name Today.

It will not convert the tag to a date.

I thought about inserting Sending Date from the recipient but this also did not merg.
