*User Story Description*
_As a package user I want the Capital Accounts button to work in Lightning so I have the same Aduro package functionality as using Classic._
* Pop-up window does not happen after pressing 'Capital Accounts' button in Lightning
* Pop-up message shows up on the next page in both Lighting/Classic
*Acceptance Criteria:*
* Capital Accounts message appears in a pop up rather than another screen in Lightning
