Disabling community users in the Portal Admin org

*User Story Description*

As a FundPanel administrator, I need the ability to disable inactive community users, so that we do not waste ‘Partner Community’ licenses and can re-purpose the licenses for new/active community users

*Acceptance Criteria*

\-Need to be able to disable community users via the Contact record or the User record within the Portal Admin org so that the ‘Partner Community’ license becomes available for another user

\-Need to understand best practices after disabling a community user. For example, should FundPanel then delete the Contact record associated with the now inactive portal user? If the contact record remains, and down the line an enable portal user request comes through from a contact with the same email address, will this cause problems?

*Notes*

\-Currently, when pressing ‘Disable Partner User’ on the contact record, or unchecking ‘Active’ on the user and pressing ‘Save’ \- I get the attached error message
