We had two Portal Users 'Kenneth Kirkpatrick' and 'William J Bufe' who are experiencing issues with their 'Reset Password' link 'not working' on the Investor Portal. In William's case, it appears that when he clicked the 'Reset Password' link he was presented with the reset pasword email, and in his email he was provided with a link without the 'DOT' between the Fundpanel and io. Provided below is a snapshot with an arrow pointing to the missing dot:

Confirming that we sent both users the provided Forgot Password link '[https://www.fundpanel.io/ForgotPassword'] but they also informed us that the provided link 'did not work'.
Confirming that I created a dummy Portal User Contact record in this client’s Salesforce Feeder Org and was able to successfully receive a Portal Invitation email to reset my password. I was also able to successfully utilize the 'Reset Password' link (from the Investor Portal home page) to reset my password with both my Username as well as my email address. Provided below is a snapshot with an arrow pointing to the missing dot:

We are hoping to figure out if this issue is one-off? Or if it has to do with a browser issue or an email server security issue? Are there any measures we can put in place so that it is less likely for this link to break?
Further, there appear to be issues when Emails clients have stricter encryption settings:
“We haven’t received an email from [fundpanel.io|http://fundpanel.io] as indicated below. Would you confirm that it was sent. We are currently using Office 365 and have required that encryption is required for all incoming and outgoing emails. It would be great if we can do a test and see if we receive anything. We may have to allow emails from this email address without encryption for this emailâ€
Again, just want to know if there any measures we can put in place so that emails from FundPanel community are less likely to get blocked, etc
