Have the ability to customize the instructions on the Financial Entry Page found by using the Financial Entry Link on the Company Summary

We need to update the Investment Management Package to allow the VisualForce Page "FinancialsEntry" to be editable on local Orgs

We have several clients asking for the VisualForce page "FinancialsEntry" to be customized. Mostly they are just looking to simply change the wording used and possibly add a logo to this VisualForce Page. Can we have the scope of this page changed to be Global so that it can be editable by local Orgs that have the package installed?
