Enhancements:
- a better way for the user to know who has submitted financial entry and what companies are still outstanding.
- The Company Summary column should also allow for sorting from A - Z and vice versa.
- companies don’t want a blank form each quarter, so it's important to show prior submission (read only) for reference
- Ability to add instructions regarding formatting (1,000,000 vs 1m) to input fields
