Fix Date in SOI (SF Generated SOI, not Einstein) to be Round Date not earliest transaction date

See subject line. Per discussion with Scott, Einstein uses appropriate date, but SOI in SF uses earliest transaction date. Most affected clients are those with realizations where stock is received. New stock needs to go on SOI with round date of original purchase (for which stock was later received). Transaction date = when realization occurs so will not affect historical SOIs
