As a **package user** I want to have the following fields and check boxes to help me track the progress of the portfolio companies.
1. Under company summary detail, under the "total fully diluted shares" calculated field can we add a formula field that shows "total shares owned" (which would be a calculated field that shows resolute's combined shares for all rounds)?
2. Under Company Summary details, can we add a check box for "Board Seat" with a picklist for the name of the board member?
3. On Round Detail page, can we add a check box for "Led Round"?
